Ocean LNG has consulted with government agencies in order to obtain all necessary permits in a timely manner. A summary of key project milestones are as follows:

• The Bahamas Environmental Impact Statement (EIA) submitted

• BEST approves EIA & EMP

• Heads of Agreement Approval

• Start project construction

• Start deliveries to consumers
